Groupware: “Mailserver in a Box” – everything synced, always & everywhere

We offer you our support in running your own private mail server. With up to 50 mailboxes, all you need to do is activate your Starter package and you can manage everything independently. We fully set up the server for you, secure it with anti-virus and anti-spam software, update it regularly and are always available as your point of contact.

As a starter package, we recommend our “Mailserver in a Box” solution. Based on open-source tools, this solution offers a wide range of features: Z-Push, for example, allows you to conveniently access your emails, documents, contacts and calendars from anywhere and any device – whether desktop, tablet or smartphone. Of course, you can also use SMTP or IMAP for transmission, or access everything via a web interface.

All data you entrust to us is hosted exclusively in German data centers and transmitted encrypted with domain-validated TLS/SSL certificates. This allows us to ensure and guarantee security at the highest level, with the best possible security standards currently available – without any additional effort on your part.

Matrix – secure communication with full data sovereignty

Matrix is an open, decentralized communication protocol for chat, IP and video telephony. It enables cross-platform, end-to-end encrypted communication that remains entirely under your control. Unlike proprietary messengers, with your own Matrix server you retain complete sovereignty over all messages and files.

Thanks to its open architecture, a variety of Matrix clients can be used – both existing open-source clients and custom-developed solutions. This allows usage to be flexibly adapted to your organization’s requirements.

On request, we operate a dedicated Matrix server for you in Germany – encrypted via TLS/SSL as standard and strictly privacy-compliant.

Mattermost – more options for data security & management

Mattermost is a messaging platform for secure and efficient enterprise communication across web, desktop and mobile. This web-based team chat software is a true open-source alternative to Slack that meets demanding privacy and security standards.

It offers all the features users know from Slack: public and private chat rooms, one-to-one messaging, file sharing, custom emojis, webhooks, slash commands and multi-language support. Beyond the standard features, SSO (single sign-on), advanced permissions, multi-factor authentication, performance monitoring, compliance reporting, custom branding and enterprise search are among the specialized enterprise capabilities.

As an aixzellent solution, your server is hosted by us in Germany and your data is transmitted exclusively via encrypted SSL/TLS connections. We assist you with setup, productive integration of Mattermost into your environment and regular security updates.
